changing myself one pound at a time..
nobody said it was easy

it’s day four and i’m feeling good. is it right to start feeling better this soon?

every night before i go to bed i tell myself i’m doing well;

when i wake up i tell myself i’m going to do even better.

tomorrow i will take some “before” (although not quite before) pictures,

write a motivational list of reasons why i’m doing this

get some batteries for the scales so i can get an accurate “start weight”

buy a pedometer- i don’t trust the one on my ipod.
